Before dawn, Lim Kee begins its preparation process – dough making, churning and grinding of raw ingredients, marinating of meat products, cooking of filling pastes, etc. Prior to the production, preparations have to be well-prepared so as not to disrupt the subsequent stages of manufacturing process.
Once raw ingredients are ready, productions commence. Our automated encrusting machines transform the output to designated shape and progress to fermentation.
Fermentation enables the paus to develop into their desired size. Now, the paus are ready for steaming.
Orders are made through by our in-house administrators and consolidated to the packing department. Our staffs pack as accordingly. They will also attend to purchases made from walk-in customers.
